A: MOQ is not the same for different products.We accept low MOQ for most items.

3.Q: Could I get a sample before making an order?

A: We can offer sample to you, but you need to pay sample cost and freight.

A: Most of the products can be mixed to buy.

A: Yes, we can make logo on products and packing based on your requirement.

7.Q:What is your packing?

A: We use opp bag(plastic bag)/blister box/paper box for products.We use thicken carton box outside. .

8.Q: What is your production time?

A: Stock goods 1-3 days, customized production 7-15 days.

9.What are the terms of payment you have?

A:We accept 100% T/T before shipment.For small amount payment,we accept paypal,western union,money gram.

10.I only have a credit card,how can I pay?

A:We can give a product link to let you pay by credit card.

11.Q: How do you ship to me?

A: We usually send by Express like DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT, or by post office, airport to airport,sea shipping depending on customer requirement.

12.Q: Do I need to pay any charge when receive the parcel?

A: Sometimes you need to pay custom duty, it depends on your country policy.

13.Q: Do you give a warranty of your product?

A: If it is a factory defect(images/video approved), we will provide a replacement and send it to you in the next order.
